(Reading Education) from the University of the Philippines and her Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Surrey, United Kingdom.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She researches and publishes papers on literacy and dyslexia. Dina is actively involved in endeavors that inform public educational policy. In 2007, she was named one of The Outstanding Women in the Nation\u2019s Service (TOWNS). She was also an awardee of the 2009 Search for Outstanding Teacher (SOT) sponsored by the Metrobank Foundation. Dina has taken leadership roles in the education sector.
