Cristina Rowena Salcedo-Padilla is a Reading Specialist with extensive experience in developing literacy programs, teacher training, reading assessment, and instruction of learners with literacy difficulties in the classroom and individualized sessions.

She finished her Master’s Degree in Psychology at Ateneo de Manila University and is currently pursuing doctorate studies in UP Diliman. She currently teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Special Education and Early Childhood Education in Miriam College.
